At FixionTools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FixionTools account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include your printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
